My name is Anita, an engineer by education, a manager by profession and a nutrition consultant by passion.
I strongly believe in making meaningful, incremental & sustainable choices in diet & lifestyle.
I also believe that each of us is different and a good understanding of bio-individuality is key in designing the right choices for a healthy & balanced life.

My approach to nutrition is built on 7 key pillars - hence the name "nutri007".

These pillars are 1) Desire 2) Behavior 3) Food Habits 4) Sleep 5) Exercise 6) Hydration & 7) Stress Management

Anita has been a great resource for nutritional advice, suggestions on health products, and general information on diet.
Our conversations on nutrition have included a wide range of topics from what type of milk is healthy to how to work with diets of picky eaters in the family.
My son only eats flavored yogurt and most of the brands out there have too much added sugar. Until Anita suggested a yogurt brand which contains very little added sugar, I was at a loss as to how to ensure he gets enough calcium without increasing the sugar content in his diet.
Similarly, her advice on the type of cooking oils to use and those to avoid have been extremely helpful.
In addition, the discussions we have had around which kind of foods are genetically modified, such as wheat, have been valuable as a lot of this information is not common knowledge.
Overall, Anita’s knowledge on topics related to nutrition is vast and she is the first person I would turn to for any health or diet related questions.
