My name is Anita, an engineer by education, a manager by profession and a nutrition consultant by passion.
I strongly believe in making meaningful, incremental & sustainable choices in diet & lifestyle.
I also believe that each of us is different and a good understanding of bio-individuality is key in designing the right choices for a healthy & balanced life.
My approach to nutrition is built on 7 key pillars - hence the name "nutri007".
